Forensics: A note to @theNAME1966 and @The_AAFS

In the US there are only 81 ABFO forensic dentists. Many are retiring or inactive. For @theNAME1966 to require its certified medical examiner offices to ONLY affiliate ABFO dentists is a serious mistake and not supported by past practices in dental identification casework.
