Trumps lawyer Halligan is treading on sanctions for pursuing this process. The first flub is her questionable appointment by the WH. Then she only had 23 (who voted 14 for and 9 against) panel Grand Jury present at her 1am filing of the charges. This judge may pierce the veil of GJ secrecy and reconvene the entire GJ for polling if he allows her to correct her incompetently vague and contradictory charging document. I heard part of it was handwritten and full of internal inconsistencies of facts. Another legal clown in the USDOJ.
