What’s the error rate regarding your personal selection from your personal casework? 100%? Oops, you can’t use percentages anymore. How’s this: reasonable medical certainty? Too vague and misleading? You have any research? Nope. Do dentists reliably identify the presence of bitemarks? Not really.
