I know this case. There were 3 suspects. All had adult teeth which were incredibly similar. A Texas ABFO dentist claimed he could differentiate the defendant Bourgeois from the other 2. The skin patterns were distorted and wildly Photoshopped. The federal judge clearly favored bitemarks as equivalent to fingerprints. The Texas state Forensic Science Commission has now rejected the use of this junk quackery. Unfortunately, this case is in federal court.
