Excellent 8min video expose’ on the recent Stinson $7.5M award for wrongful conviction in Milwaukee. As usual, the city taxpayers take the financial hit. Kudos to all those who helped this case along. Heather Donnell and her staff are incredible

The most outrageous part of this story is that the Stinson case, although the conviction was vacated, can still be used as precedential. Cases that result in vacated convictions should not be allowed to be cited as precedent for admitting the same junk science. The ABA needs a wake-up call on this subject.
The legal system can be so pompous and high brow. Yet its science rulings very confused.
