    “…reasonable dental certainty…”??
    I’m of the opinion that we are beyond “junk science”, and we should move onward to “junk scientist”. Let’s put a name to the accountable idiocy.

      Its the parallel to “medical certainty” which is a legal term of the expert’s personal confidence, not scientific proof. It’s commonly misinterpreted as meaning there is science involved with the opinion, but really just means that the speaker has no “reasonable doubt” that their findings could be subject to error.
