Forensics: Impact factor abandoned by Dutch university in hiring and promotion decisions

This makes alot of sense. My impact factor is in the mid 800s and h=12. I do not see it as a measure of scientific “greatness.”

Faculty and staff members at Utrecht University will be evaluated by their commitment to open science.
