  1. SCP says:

Many of the faulty lab practices were received by the TFSC in a complaint from APD Lab analyst Cecily Hamilton way back in 2010. And, in spite of the TFSC knowing the details in 2010, they did NOT actively investigate Cecily Hamilton’s allegations per their legal obligations. Rather, General Council Lynn Garcia (of the TFSC) passed the buck to those who benefit from not knowing, from being incompetent–specifically, the Texas DPS (who recruited, strangely, the notably un-scientific Texas Rangers.)

The TFSC then added insult to injury by regurgitating the conclusions from these incompetent agencies in the TFSC’s own abreviated report.

    Classic Texas.
