What was a “solid” homicide conviction 20 years ago is now a “cold case.” DNA is now available for CODIS profiling but the DA seems to be in shock over the exoneration. DNA versus ABFO bitemark opinion and the FBI CODIS gaff denies chance to find the real murderer   

I still do not understand what this logically or legally means. Despite DNA, California Courts say Expert testimony is “merely an opinion” and “can’t be false”
